- अपने ब्राउज़र में sso.rajasthan.gov.in खोलें और “Registration” चुनें। ध्यान दें: बिलकुल यही पता टाइप करें — मिलते-जुलते नाम वाली दर्जनों नक़ली साइटें हैं।Open sso.rajasthan.gov.in in your browser and choose “Registration”. Type exactly this address — dozens of lookalike sites use similar names.
- “Citizen” चुनें। फिर दो रास्ते हैं — जन आधार (सबसे अच्छा: परिवार की सूची से अपना नाम चुनें) या Google खाता।Choose “Citizen”. Then there are two routes — Jan Aadhaar (best: pick your name from the family list) or a Google account.
- एक यूज़रनेम चुनें (यही आपकी एस.एस.ओ. आई.डी. बनेगा) और मज़बूत पासवर्ड रखें। इन्हें डायरी में लिखकर रखें।Choose a username (this becomes your SSO ID) and a strong password. Write them in a diary.
- पहली बार लॉगिन पर प्रोफ़ाइल पूरी करें — आधार और जन आधार यहीं जुड़ते हैं।On first login complete the profile — Aadhaar and Jan Aadhaar are linked here.
2. भर्ती ओ.टी.आर. — एक बार, हर भर्ती के लिए2. Recruitment OTR — once, for every recruitmentशुल्क ₹600 / ₹400Fee ₹600 / ₹400
आर.एस.एस.बी. और आर.पी.एस.सी. की किसी भी भर्ती में आवेदन से पहले वन-टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन ज़रूरी है — एक बार बना, तो हर विज्ञप्ति में बस “Apply” करना है। आवेदन सिर्फ़ ऑनलाइन होता है।One-Time Registration is required before applying to any RSSB or RPSC recruitment — once made, every notification is just “Apply”. Applications are online only.
- एस.एस.ओ. में लॉगिन कर “Recruitment Portal” ऐप खोलें (या recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in से पहुँचें)।Log in to SSO and open the “Recruitment Portal” app (or reach it via recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in).
- “One Time Registration” चुनें और नाम, जन्मतिथि, वर्ग, शिक्षा — सब आधार/अंकतालिका के अनुसार बिलकुल सही भरें। ओ.टी.आर. जमा होने के बाद कुछ विवरण बदलना कठिन है।Choose “One Time Registration” and fill name, date of birth, category and education exactly as on Aadhaar/marksheets. Some details are hard to change after the OTR is submitted.
- शुल्क जमा करें — सामान्य/क्रीमी लेयर ₹600; अ.जा./अ.ज.जा./ओ.बी.सी. (नॉन-क्रीमी)/एम.बी.सी. (नॉन-क्रीमी)/ई.डब्ल्यू.एस./दिव्यांग ₹400। यह एक ही बार लगता है — बाद की भर्तियों में दोबारा नहीं।Pay the fee — General/creamy layer ₹600; SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy)/MBC (non-creamy)/EWS/PwD ₹400. It is charged once — never again in later recruitments.
- ओ.टी.आर. नंबर और रसीद सँभालकर रखें — हर आवेदन में यही प्रोफ़ाइल काम आएगी।Keep the OTR number and receipt safely — every application will use this profile.
3. एन.एस.पी. — छात्रवृत्ति का पंजीकरण3. NSP — the scholarship registrationबिलकुल मुफ़्तCompletely free
राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर एक बार पंजीकरण (ओ.टी.आर.) से 14 अंकों का नंबर मिलता है — पूरी पढ़ाई भर यही आपकी छात्रवृत्ति-पहचान है। कोई इसके पैसे माँगे तो वह ठगी है।One-time registration on the National Scholarship Portal gives a 14-digit number — your scholarship identity for your whole education. Anyone charging money for this is committing fraud.
- Play Store से दो ऐप लगाएँ — “NSP OTR” और “Aadhaar Face RD (UIDAI)”। दोनों सरकारी हैं।Install two apps from the Play Store — “NSP OTR” and “Aadhaar Face RD (UIDAI)”. Both are official.
- NSP OTR ऐप में आधार नंबर डालें; आधार से जुड़े मोबाइल पर आया ओ.टी.पी. भरें।Enter your Aadhaar number in the NSP OTR app; fill the OTP that comes to the Aadhaar-linked mobile.
- फ़ेस-ऑथेंटिकेशन करें — कैमरे की अनुमति दें, अच्छी रोशनी में सीधे देखें, फ़ोटो अपने-आप जाएगी।Do the face authentication — allow the camera, look straight in good light, the photo captures automatically.
- 14 अंकों का ओ.टी.आर. नंबर स्क्रीन पर और एस.एम.एस. से मिलेगा — इसे लिखकर रखें। फिर scholarships.gov.in पर इसी से लॉगिन कर आवेदन करें।The 14-digit OTR number appears on screen and by SMS — write it down. Then log in with it at scholarships.gov.in and apply.
4. ई-मित्र पर काम कराना4. Getting work done at an e-Mitra
प्रमाणपत्र, आवेदन और शुल्क-जमा जैसे काम नज़दीकी अधिकृत ई-मित्र कियोस्क से होते हैं। यह सामान्य मार्गदर्शन है — सेवाओं के सरकारी शुल्क तय हैं, पर सूची बदलती रहती है, इसलिए यहाँ रक़म नहीं लिखी गई।Certificates, applications and fee payments happen at the nearest authorised e-Mitra kiosk. This is general guidance — government fees for services are fixed, but the list changes, so no amounts are printed here.
- जो काम कराना है, उसके सारे दस्तावेज़ (मूल + फ़ोटोकॉपी) साथ ले जाएँ — नीचे की चेकलिस्ट देखें।Carry all documents for the task (originals + photocopies) — see the checklist below.
- कियोस्क पर “अधिकृत ई-मित्र” का बोर्ड/प्रमाणपत्र देखें।Look for the “authorised e-Mitra” board/certificate at the kiosk.
- हर भुगतान की छपी हुई रसीद ज़रूर लें — रसीद पर टोकन/ट्रांज़ैक्शन नंबर होता है, इसी से काम की स्थिति जँचती है।Always take the printed receipt for every payment — it carries the token/transaction number used to track the work.
- अपना ओ.टी.पी., पासवर्ड या ख़ाली हस्ताक्षर किया काग़ज़ किसी को न दें — ज़रूरत हो तो ओ.टी.पी. ख़ुद ही डालें।Never hand over your OTP, password or a blank signed paper — enter any OTP yourself.

- बैंक खाताBank account — अपने नाम का, आधार-सीडेड (छात्रवृत्ति सीधे इसी में आती है)— in your own name, Aadhaar-seeded (scholarships arrive straight into it)
- अंकतालिकाएँMarksheets — 10वीं/12वीं की मूल + स्कैन— Class 10/12 originals + scans
- जाति / मूल-निवास / आय प्रमाणपत्रCaste / domicile / income certificates — ई-मित्र से बनते हैं; आय-प्रमाणपत्र की अवधि सीमित होती है, आवेदन से पहले ताज़ा करवाएँ— made via e-Mitra; income certificates have limited validity, refresh before applying
